6th Lesson - Starting To Add Small Undefined Details

We are continuing on with the same colour scheme from the top down.  Just dabbing in the different hues - mainly olive green and gold-green and a tiny bit of light green.  Still all very soft but gradually getting a little detail in now.

5th Lesson - Working Your Way Down The Canvas

The colour of the background is proving a little tricky.  We want it a goldy-green yet soft and muted at the same time.  We are using Cobalt, Permanent Rose, Cadmium Yellow Deep and Australian Red Gold to achieve this.  Do small sections at a time starting from the top, right across the canvas so you can steadily proceed down - remember as we proceed forward we will need more contrast, colour and harder edges, but slowly does it - we have a long way to go before we hit the bottom!
