9th Lesson - Owl

We've moved on from the face and will start with his chest.  Darks need to be painted in again under the chin so that there is a definite break between head and body.  This dark is more purple as opposed to the red-black we have been using because it is a shadow under the chin.

  1. Oh, my word. I'm so surprised you don't have more people commenting on your wonderful instruction and gorgeous artwork.

I've been out of the picture for a time. I love coming back to look at what you've been up to. Thank you so much for sharing your expertise and knowledge with the rest of us.

    1. Thank you so much Beth for your words of encouragement. It is such a boost to my confidence to hear comments like that. I keep painting and blogging because it is fun and if anyone benefits from my lessons, all the better.
