The reflection of the flamingo is a murky pink, because of the water, so I am adding a touch of blue and a tiny bit of yellow to my pink mix. The main idea here is to get that pink colour in, feather it off into the green and match it to the surrounding ripples. Keep the paint fairly thin at this stage so we can go over it again with shadow and highlights.
